About AD Solicitors

We act on the legal work that comes with owning and running a business: the contracts it trades on, the people it employs, the premises it occupies, the disputes it gets into, and what happens to it when an owner retires, sells or dies.
Our solicitors deal with clients directly. The solicitor who takes your first call does the work on your matter and is the person you speak to until it is finished. Before we start, we set out in writing what we will do, how we will charge and what it is likely to cost.
We advise on commercial and corporate law, employment, dispute resolution and debt recovery, commercial and residential property, insolvency, judicial review, and wills, probate and trusts. Many clients use us for their business and their personal matters, because the two are often connected: a shareholder agreement and a will need to work together, and a director who has signed a personal guarantee carries a personal risk as well as a company one.
