Most working-age adults have no will, and the reason is rarely cost — it is that nobody ever made it the obvious next thing to do. Putting it in a benefits package does exactly that, and it reaches people at the point in life when it matters most: a first house, a first child, a second marriage.

We run the sessions, take the instructions, draft the documents and deal with each employee directly. You are not in the middle of it, and you never see what anyone's will says. What you get back is a record of take-up, and nothing else.

How it works for you

A fixed price per employee

Agreed with you up front for whichever services you want to include. Employees who want something more complex are quoted separately and pay the difference themselves.

A session that people actually attend

Forty-five minutes, in person or online, led by a solicitor. What a will does, what happens without one, and what to think about before the meeting.

Appointments that fit around work

Instructions taken by video or telephone, including outside office hours, so nobody has to take a day off to make a will.

Confidential, and separate from you

The employee is our client. What they tell us is covered by legal professional privilege and is never reported back to you.

Reporting that respects that

You get numbers — invited, booked, completed — so you can show the benefit is being used. You do not get names attached to content.

The same firm afterwards

Employees keep the relationship. If they need probate, a review after a life change or advice on a power of attorney for a parent, they come back to a firm that already knows them.

Setting it up

Tell us roughly how many people are in scope and what you would like to include. We come back with a fixed price per employee and a plan for the sessions, and we can run a pilot with one team before you commit to the whole workforce.

Employees are clients of AD Solicitors Limited, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 8011228. That means what they tell us is confidential and privileged, they can complain to us and then to the Legal Ombudsman, and the firm's indemnity insurance meets the SRA's minimum terms. Those protections belong to them, not to you, and we make that clear to every employee at the outset.

Talk to us about your benefits package

Tell us the size of the workforce and what you have in mind, and we will come back with a price and a plan.
